All sales are final. The Wedding Day Blueprint is a digital download. You get every file the moment you pay and you keep them, so there are no refunds.
Why
A digital file can't be returned. Once the PDFs are downloaded and the spreadsheets copied, they're yours for good. That's why the landing page shows real pages from the guide: please look through them before you buy.
Immediate access
By completing your purchase, you ask for immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase ends once it has been delivered.
If something goes wrong with your order
You should get exactly what you paid for. If you don't, we'll put it right:
- The files didn't arrive or won't open. Email us and we'll send them again or fix the problem. If we can't get working files to you, you get your money back.
- You were charged twice for the same order. We refund the duplicate charge.
To report either, email support@oneperfectdayguide.com with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days.
